The Accounting Manager will be a hands-on leader responsible for driving a disciplined monthly close process while supporting audit readiness and financial accuracy. This role is ideal for a scrappy, operationally minded accountant who is comfortable operating in a ‑fast-moving‑ public company environment. You will work closely with Finance leadership to strengthen internal controls, streamline reporting, and elevate the accounting function as the company continues to scale.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a public or high growth environment.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statement structure.
  • Experience leading or supporting audits and month end close cycles.
  • Ability to thrive in an evolving environment with changing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive the month end close across business channels, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Review journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules prepared by staff.
  • Support external audit efforts and maintain audit ready documentation.
  • Partner with Treasury and AR/AP teams to improve visibility into cash and working capital.
  • Identify process improvements that reduce manual work and strengthen financial controls.
  • Provide coaching and leadership to the team.
