Accounting Manager

Vero NetworksDenver, CO
$100,000 - $130,000Hybrid

About The Position

Vero is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead the accounting and financial integration of newly acquired businesses while supporting the continued development of our finance organization. This is not a traditional Accounting Manager role focused solely on month-end close. Instead, this position combines technical accounting, mergers and acquisitions, financial systems, and operational leadership into one highly visible role. During acquisition and integration periods, you will serve as the accounting lead, partnering closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure successful financial integrations. Outside of active M&A cycles, you will focus on strategic finance initiatives, including ERP enhancements, process automation, accounting system improvements, technical accounting projects, and building scalable processes that support Vero's continued growth. This position requires regular travel to acquired business locations throughout the United States. Successful candidates enjoy working directly with people, learning how businesses operate, leading change, and translating operational processes into scalable accounting solutions.
