This role involves managing all third-party payment platforms, tracking expenses, reconciling accounts, and pulling reports to ensure financial accuracy. The Accounting Manager will also train users, troubleshoot systems, recommend process improvements, and serve as the go-to expert for disbursement and expense platforms. Utilizing platform analytics for forecasting, budgeting, and compliance is a key aspect of the position.

Requirements

3+ years of AP or accounting experience.
Experience with multi-property and multi-state processing.
Strong Excel skills (Pivot tables and VLOOKUPs).
Exposure to Sage300, Concur, or Fintech.
Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Manage all third-party payment platforms.
Track expenses, reconcile accounts, and pull reports that keep our finances on point.
Train users, troubleshoot systems, and recommend smarter, faster ways to do things.
Set up users and support company-wide inquiries about disbursement and expense platforms.
Use platform analytics to uncover trends for forecasting, budgeting, and compliance.
