Currently, Envolve is searching for an Accounting Manager to work in our Montgomery, AL office.

Requirements

College Degree; and/or 3 to 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and comprehend detailed instructions, correspondence and memos.
Ability to write correspondence.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.
Advanced understanding of accounting principles and complex financial transactions.

Responsibilities

Review, reconcile and finalize monthly financial statements for both property and corporate entities.
Post monthly government housing vouchers from local housing authorities.
Review and make adjustments to tenant ledgers as necessary.
Review financial data and provide reports as requested to management.
Supervision of property accountant team.
Provide support and assistance to other accounting department personnel as needed.
Regular and predictable attendance.
The ability to work cooperatively with others. (i.e. Residents, Co-Workers, Supervisor, etc...)
Ability to work in a constant state of alertness.
Responsible for ensuring a professional appearance and attitude at all times for yourself and the company.
Other duties as they may be assigned.
