About The Position

The Accounting Manager is responsible for implementing and enforcing policies and procedures as well as streamlining effective Best Business Practices among all departments.

Responsibilities

  • Supervising Accounting Staff: Oversee financial personnel, delegate tasks, train new team members, and review work for accuracy and compliance with policies and laws.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare, review, and present financial statements to report to management.
  • Policy Implementation: Establish and maintain accounting methods, procedures, and internal controls to optimize financial operations.
  • Forecasting: Monitor cash flow.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and senior management to provide financial insights and support organizational goals.
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned by manager.
