Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in accounting office in payables, receivables or general ledger accounting.
- Automotive industry accounting highly preferred
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Work well in a team environment.
Nice To Haves
- Automotive experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Organizing, supervising and coordinating administrative operations within a dealership which includes accounts payable and accounts receivable, inventory control, deal costing and title work.
- Managing the company’s financial transactions through the team and performing month-end, quarter-end and year-end financial reconciliations.
- Monitoring and analyzing financial accounting data and providing updates to management as needed.
