Manages the general accounting and financial reporting activities. Represents the department in financial matters as necessary. Reviews and manages accounting procedures and makes recommendations to increase effectiveness and accuracy. Oversees and or directs the financial functions such as payroll, general ledger, accounts receivable or payable contracts or other related financial functions.
