This role will lead the day-to-day financial operations, ensuring precision, compliance, and strategic transparency. Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on accounting experience.
  • Advanced skills in QuickBooks, Bill.com, and ADP.
  • Proven ability to manage independent workflows, protect sensitive financial/donor data, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for maintaining clean, audit-ready financial records.

Nice To Haves

  • Nonprofit or fund accounting experience is a significant plus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full-cycle AP process, payroll execution (ADP), and bank reconciliations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and program teams to manage grant reporting and budget-to-actual analysis for key initiatives.
  • Leverage expertise in QuickBooks, Bill.com, and ADP to maintain robust internal controls and streamline financial workflows.
  • Support the CFO by preparing periodic budget-to-actual reports, managing donor subledgers, and analyzing receivables.
