About The Position
Growing apparel wholesale company seeking an organized Accounting Manager to oversee daily accounting operations and assist with HR tasks.
Requirements
- 3+ years accounting/bookkeeping experience
- Knowledge of Accounting software-QuickBooks and Excel experience required
- Good Management & problem solving skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Payroll and HR support experience preferred
- Wholesale/apparel industry experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Accounts payable & receivable
- Bank reconciliations & monthly reporting
- Payroll processing
- Inventory/accounting support
- Employee onboarding & HR paperwork
- Maintain employee and payroll records
