Requirements

• Excellent management and supervisory skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, complex formulas and data analysis tools.
• Three years of multifamily experience.
• Certified Payroll Manager designation.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company’s payroll & treasury functions.
• Ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and strategic planning.
• Managing team members, specific functions such as accounts payable, payroll and treasury.
• Identifying opportunities for automation and system improvements to increase efficiency and reduce manual workload.
