Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

Nice To Haves

  • Pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Interest in cost accounting, financial analysis, or manufacturing operations
  • Exposure to Excel functions (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
  • Familiarity with financial or ERP systems (a plus, not required)

Responsibilities

  • Assist with month-end close activities, including account reconciliations and journal entries
  • Support financial reporting and analysis, including variance analysis and reporting preparation
  • Help maintain and analyze inventory and cost accounting data
  • Assist in tracking purchase price variances and cost trends
  • Support internal audits and process improvement initiatives
  • Participate in data analysis and reporting using Excel and financial systems
  • Assist with documentation and organization of financial records
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations and supply chain
  • Support additional accounting and finance projects as assigned
