About The Position
Ken Garff Automotive Group is looking for an Accounting Intern to help with the internal auditing and accounting process improvement at its 60+ dealerships. The selected individual will be a member of the corporate Business Operations team, reporting to the Senior Director of Accounting, and will also work closely with the corporate accounting team, and the dealership accounting offices. Training on automotive dealership accounting and software systems will be provided.
Requirements
- Great communication skills, written and verbal
- Great analytical skills and attention to detail
- Expert user of Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
- Track record of learning quickly, completing complicated tasks and meeting deadlines
- Energetic self-starter, who works well individually and as part of a team
- Available to work part-time to full time in Salt Lake City, UT from May - August
- Must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Nice To Haves
- Some overtime may be required
- Some travel may be required
