About The Position

We are seeking a proactive Consulting Accounting/HR Assistant to anchor our day-to-day business functions. This multi-functional role is the backbone of our office, blending administration, financial support, HR coordination, and marketing. You will work directly with our project teams in a fast-paced environment where your organization ensures our clients’ success.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of administrative, accounting, or operations experience preferred.
  • Comfortable with office software, billing systems, and multitasking in a shifting small-business environment.
  • Extreme attention to detail, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work independently.
  • Must be able to work on-site in San Francisco, CA.
  • Valid US work authorization required (no visa sponsorship available).
  • Local candidates preferred.
  • Must be able to work in Oakland Office per business need.

Nice To Haves

  • AEC industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support financial health through meticulous invoice preparation, expense tracking, and data entry.
  • Coordinate with vendors and project teams on billing milestones.
  • Manage employee onboarding, maintain personnel records, and ensure compliance with internal HR administrative processes.
  • Assist in drafting professional presentations and marketing materials.
  • Provide light support for company updates and digital documentation.
