Requirements

Full-time student majoring in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other related degree.
Full-time 40 hours per week during the summer (May-August), flexible schedule, and hourly pay.
Work is project-oriented and upon completion of the internship, the student may present a project to East Penn team.
Project work based on needs of department as well as skill set/major.

Responsibilities

Gain hands-on experience across various functions within the Corporate Finance Department, including Finance, Accounting, and Pricing Operations.
Support the Cost Accounting team with year-end inventory processes and assist in updating annual cost data.
Collaborate with the Corporate Pricing team to analyze sales operations and contribute to pricing strategy development.
Assist in preparing financial reports, data summaries, and performance metrics to support decision-making.
Participate in cross-functional projects, providing support to multiple teams within the Finance organization.
Conduct research and analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvement.
Help maintain accurate financial records and documentation in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Contribute to ad hoc tasks and initiatives as assigned by Finance leadership.
