About The Position

Pella Corporation is seeking motivated undergraduate students for our Accounting & Finance Internship at our Corporate Office in Pella, Iowa. Interns are placed on a specific Accounting or Finance team based on business needs, educational background, and skills. Requirements

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related business field
Strong academic standing
Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, or involvement through campus organizations, work experience, athletics, volunteer activities, or other experiences
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with both financial and non-financial audiences
Ability to learn new technologies and business systems
Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

Experience leading projects, initiatives, or team efforts from planning through execution is preferred

Responsibilities

Support Pella's Accounting and Finance organization through project work and day-to-day business activities.
Analyze financial information.
Support reporting activities.
Improve processes.
Contribute to projects that help drive business decisions.
