About The Position

Flex is seeking an Accounting & Finance Recruiter to join their team in Austin, Texas. This role will support hiring for the corporate accounting and finance functions. The position is primarily on-site with the flexibility of remote work on Fridays. The Accounting & Finance Recruiter will report to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition for Corporate functions and will be responsible for ensuring the recruitment process is efficient, effective, and equitable. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field.
  • 7+ years of full-cycle in-house, corporate recruitment experience, preferably for accounting and finance roles.
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting for corporate roles at all levels of seniority from entry-level up to Senior Director level.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to navigate and work effectively in an evolving environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with hiring managers at the executive level, peers, and other stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and work with a high sense of urgency.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience with Workday Recruiting and Beamery preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end (full lifecycle) recruitment process for roles in accounting, finance, and related functions.
  • Partner with corporate HR teams and hiring leaders to develop recruiting strategies, source and screen candidates, and provide labor market intelligence.
  • Provide high-touch communication to ensure an outstanding candidate and stakeholder experience.
  • Develop a robust search strategy that exemplifies diversity and inclusion initiatives and affirmative action efforts.
  • Serve as a Flex Ambassador promoting Flex culture and value proposition to candidates.
  • Represent the organization at job fairs and other recruitment venues.
  • Ensure compliance with external regulations (OFCCP, EEOC) and internal policies/procedures.
