About The Position

Flex is seeking an Accounting & Finance Recruiter to join their team in Austin, Texas. This role will support hiring for the corporate accounting and finance functions. The position is primarily on-site with the flexibility of remote work on Fridays. The Accounting & Finance Recruiter will report to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition for Corporate functions and will be responsible for ensuring the recruitment process is efficient, effective, and equitable. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field.
7+ years of full-cycle in-house, corporate recruitment experience, preferably for accounting and finance roles.
Demonstrated experience recruiting for corporate roles at all levels of seniority from entry-level up to Senior Director level.
Exceptional interpersonal skills to navigate and work effectively in an evolving environment.
Ability to communicate effectively with hiring managers at the executive level, peers, and other stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and work with a high sense of urgency.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience with Workday Recruiting and Beamery preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end (full lifecycle) recruitment process for roles in accounting, finance, and related functions.
Partner with corporate HR teams and hiring leaders to develop recruiting strategies, source and screen candidates, and provide labor market intelligence.
Provide high-touch communication to ensure an outstanding candidate and stakeholder experience.
Develop a robust search strategy that exemplifies diversity and inclusion initiatives and affirmative action efforts.
Serve as a Flex Ambassador promoting Flex culture and value proposition to candidates.
Represent the organization at job fairs and other recruitment venues.
Ensure compliance with external regulations (OFCCP, EEOC) and internal policies/procedures.
