The Opportunity We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting & Finance Coordinator, an ideal first step for someone early in their career. You'll work closely with our finance team processing client payments, commissions, disbursements, and reporting, gaining firsthand exposure to how one of the entertainment industry's most respected agencies manages its business. No prior entertainment experience required; a sharp eye for detail and a collaborative spirit are what matter most.

Requirements

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional, proactive, and team-oriented mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data organization)
  • Experience with accounting software or HRIS/ERP systems
  • Prior internship or coursework in finance, accounting, or business operations
  • Interest in or exposure to the entertainment, media, or talent industry
  • Familiarity with invoicing workflows or accounts payable/receivable processes

Responsibilities

  • Review and process client paperwork with a high degree of accuracy
  • Update client bookings and process incoming payments in a timely manner
  • Prepare and issue client and commission invoices accurately and on schedule
  • Process client disbursements with attention to timing and compliance with internal procedures
  • Prepare and distribute internal and external financial reports
  • Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures at all times
  • Support data integrity efforts and assist with continuous improvement initiatives
  • Triage and respond to internal and external requests for financial information professionally and promptly
  • Collaborate with agents, executives, and administrative employees to keep operations moving efficiently
