We seek a Finance & Accounting Specialist to manage full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and operational finance. Reporting to the Director of Finance & Administration, key responsibilities include preparing financial statements (GAAP/IFRS), leading month/year-end processes, managing payroll, coordinating audits and government filings (T3010, T2200s), ensuring internal controls, supporting AP/AR, vendor management, cash flow forecasting, and assisting with budgeting. The successful candidate must have an undergraduate degree/diploma in a related field, 3-5 years of accounting experience, and proficiency with QuickBooks Online and advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Suite. A CPA/CA and non-profit experience are assets.
