About The Position

G3 is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to provide clerical-level support to our accounting team. This is an entry-level, part-time, permanent position based onsite at our Cerritos office. The role focuses on accurate data entry, record maintenance, and routine administrative support. Requirements

  • Proficient typing skills, including 10-key data entry
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
  • Basic computer skills and comfort working with data

Nice To Haves

  • Prior clerical or accounting support experience is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Enter accounting and financial data accurately and efficiently
  • Review completed work for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with instructions
  • Run routine accounting and financial reports as requested
  • File and maintain organized electronic and physical records
  • Provide general clerical and administrative support to the accounting team as needed
