About The Position

Howard Hanna seeks a full-time Accounting Coordinator (Commission Processor) to join our Property Management accounting team. This is a great opportunity for a candidate with a customer service background looking for the next step in their career. Requirements

  • Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must have strong computer skills.
  • Must work well in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Two-year degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Process Deposits and disbursements for company real estate agents.
  • ACH Direct Deposit, Desktop Deposits, Escrow Deposit Postings.
  • Send & Receive Checks via mail
  • Provides customer service for office managers.
  • Work in team environment with other Commission Processors.
  • Involved in balancing transactions and general ledger accounts.
