Requirements

Computer skills – Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office products
One year prior accounting experience
Able to work scheduled and unscheduled overtime including weekends and holidays as business conditions warrant

Nice To Haves

Two year Associates Degree in Accounting or Finance or working towards 4 year degree
Proficient in MS Dynamics 365
Kentucky and/or Georgia Sales & Use Tax Knowledge

Responsibilities

Process vendor invoices
Ensure timely payments to vendors
Maintain all facets of the accounts payable system, including reconciling vendor accounts and month end reports.
