The Accounting Coordinator will work in collaboration with the accounting team and be responsible for a wide variety of tasks, ranging from performing accounting duties and clerical tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable/receivable transactions. Key Accountabilities: As a team player you will need to communicate important information to your co-workers on a regular basis in a very fast-paced environment. Review, sort and match and process check requests. Set invoices up for payment. Reconciliation of payments. Resolve invoice discrepancies. Vendor file maintenance. Contracts and filing. Manage outside storage arrangements. Guest requests. Other Ad-Hoc tasks
