About The Position

In this hybrid Accounting Coordinator role, you’ll contribute to the accuracy and efficiency of Camelot’s corporate financial operations. Your work will support Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, billing, collections, and overall accounting support. This is a great position for someone who loves organization, problem-solving, and helping a business run smoothly behind the scenes.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of accounting experience (AP/AR strongly preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Dependable work ethic and professionalism
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
  • A positive attitude and desire to learn and grow

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Yardi is a plus (but not required)

Responsibilities

  • Managing AR activities, including billing, follow-ups, and collections
  • Entering vendor invoices and supporting AP processing
  • Distributing internal reports and customer invoices on schedule
  • Maintaining organized digital filing for all accounting documentation
  • Researching and resolving vendor and customer discrepancies
  • Building strong relationships with internal partners, vendors, clients, and managers
  • Assisting the Accountant with special projects and department initiatives
