Requirements

• Accurate and timely order entry and project creation for projects
• Hands-on SAP experience with the SD module
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience, including recent hands-on order entry in a SAP environment
• Excel, Tableau and/or Oracle BI experience is an asset

Nice To Haves

• Experience with the SAP Project module would be a benefit
• The role will grow into a SD and Projects module SME for SAP changes and upgrades, as well as for support to both Finance and Project Control.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all requirements are met for all project bookings
• Work with Project Control to ensure each booking package is correct, and all data/approvals are aligned with requirements
• Create sales orders in SAP
• Keep a log of all sales orders as entered and add Annual Maintenance Contract information at month end
• Create projects in SAP
• Work with Project Control to ensure billing milestones in sales orders and the projects are aligned for cashflow reporting
• Create billings in SAP from files received from Project Control
• Provide invoices to Project Control and manage cancellation/rebills
• Ensure proper controls and processes are efficient and effective and all logs are maintained
• Provide information as requested to outside auditors
• Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for projects and SAP
