Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting (or a related field).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Eager to learn and take on new challenges.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, reports, and supporting schedules.
Help with month-end closing processes, including balance sheet reconciliations.
Support the team with data entry and reconciliation of accounts.
Assist the team in streamlining and automating manual processes using AI.
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of standard operations procedures (SOPs) across various accounts and processes.
Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data.
