About The Position
We're looking for an Accounting Clerk with an AR focus to support a growing organization. This is a 100% on-site role in Fairfield, and the client is ready to hire immediately. This role can start right away.
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- 1-3 years of AR or general accounting support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Nice To Haves
- some college coursework in accounting a plus
Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day AR billing and invoicing
- Support light collections and reach out on past-due accounts
- Review and help manage the AR aging report
- Assist with light AP tasks as needed
