Juniper Reserve, located in Bend, OR, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a full-time Accounting Clerk! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. SUMMARY This is a skilled salary position primarily responsible for assisting in the collection of membership accounts, daily deposit preparation, management of daily night audit/outlet documents, and accounts payable processing. Must be able to effectively handle multiple tasks.

Requirements

  • Associates degree preferred
  • 1-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Microsoft Windows, MS Office, Google platform, SAGE, Springer-Miller, Jonas, CONCUR, adept at importing and exporting data.
  • Ability to multi-task while paying attention to detail
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, as well as with other team members.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the management of the night audit daily documentation.
  • Prepare daily bank deposits.
  • Make adjustments as needed to member accounts (JONAS).
  • Assist in the collection of past-due member accounts.
  • Manage all aspects of accounts payable.
  • Pull and reconcile credit card statements.
  • Assist in account reconciliation.
  • Work with vendors, guests, and co-workers to solve problems.
  • Must be able to explain detailed matters in written format that others can understand.
  • Performs other tasks as needed to support the department and organization, as assigned by the Controller.
