About The Position

Exciting opportunity for energetic person with five years of AP experience. This is a fast-paced, high volume position. Experience in the residential management or construction preferred. Knowledge of Real Page and Timberline software experience would be a plus. Solid computer literacy with spreadsheets (Excel) required.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Accurately entering monthly bills into A/P system
• Correct account receivables
• Assist in month end closings
• Maintain Excel Spreadsheets
• File invoices
• Manage proof of insurance and workers comp certificates
• Process resident move outs.
• Process bad debt collections
• Special projects as assigned
