About The Position

The Accounting Clerk assists in the day-to-day accounting activities focusing on accounts receivables, customer accounts, and invoicing. Also includes general accounting functions.

  • Experience in Visual Manufacturing is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Customer setup & maintenance in Visual.
  • Generate & send invoices/close work orders in Visual Manufacturing.
  • Manage customer payments and collections and issues monthly statements.
  • Maintain A/R sub ledgers.
  • Maintain intercompany AR/AP.
  • Maintain all CC purchases.
  • Communicate to HR Manager & Corporate Sales Manager full payment for completed whole goods orders.
  • Monthly Submission for Tire Tax.
  • Vouching and preparing payments for HoldCo.
  • Other clerical duties as required.
  • Provide back up coverage for the Reception, Sales Administrator and AP Clerk.
  • Order and maintain stock of office supplies including postage.
