Responsibilities

  • Performs general accounting duties including Accounts Payable processing, check runs and vendor statement review.
  • Perform AR duties including processing customer payments, contact customers for outstanding payments, reconciliation of AR at end of month.
  • Generation and reconciliation of report data.
  • Perform accounting duties with minimal supervision including problem solving and data analysis.
  • Investigate discrepancies in invoice amounts.
  • Assist in supporting company safety programs and compliance initiatives including documentation and reporting.
  • Respond to and assist with customer inquiries regarding order status, pricing, and product availability.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate customer information.
  • Participate in Open Book Management principles.
  • Follow safety standards and wear required PPE.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Work attendance must be exemplary.
