This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Clerk located in Downtown Las Vegas. The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for keeping up with day-to-day sales, keeping financial records updates, preparing report and reconciling bank statements.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and an entrepreneurial mindset as this provides a challenging, fast-paced environment that encourages people to think on their feet to problem solve quickly.
• Experience reconciling bank statements.
• Experience checking AP vendor statements.
• Experience entering journal entries.
• Proficient skills, particularly in excel and accounting software such as Netsuite, Restaurant365, Craftable, and Shift4
• Attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and a problem-solving attitude.
• This role is Monday through Friday from 9am-5PM

Responsibilities

• Reconcile accounts in a timely manner.
• Assist with payroll processing, including weekly tip reconciliation and payroll entries.
• Manage accounts payable, including processing invoices, verifying accuracy and ensuring compliance and prepare payments.
• Process accounts receivable by generating invoices, following up on outstanding payments, and reconciling payments.
• Participate in month end close activities, including preparation of journal entries, reconciliation of accounts, and sales tax computations.
• Accurately prepare and maintain accounting documents and records.
• Assist with other accounting projects as needed.
