About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to manage various accounts payable tasks, credit card reconciliation, vendor account reconciliation, and other related duties. The ideal candidate will operate with a high level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism while providing support across multiple departments. This position has significant upwards growth potential as our company continues to grow.

Requirements

• Availability Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (8-hour workday)
• 2+ years of accounting experience preferred, particularly in accounts payable
• Experience with NetSuite preferred, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and high standards for accuracy and quality
• Demonstrates initiative, sound judgment, and the ability to anticipate needs
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to follow directions precisely
• Professional and enthusiastic attitude
• Clean background check and driving record required

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of credit card and/or account reconciliation experience
• At least 2 years of accounts payable experience

Responsibilities

• Manage a range of Accounts Payable (AP) tasks
• Perform credit card reconciliations
• Resolve discrepancies between purchase orders and invoices using 3-way matching
• Reconcile vendor accounts and maintain up-to-date vendor records
• Process vendor credit applications
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Provide cross-departmental support and complete additional duties as assigned
