About The Position

Reeves Young is seeking a Proposal Manager to lead key deliverable functions for the Marketing department. The company culture emphasizes people, celebrating accomplishments, and promoting growth. This role involves developing, managing, assembling, and submitting high-quality RFQ/RFP and Interview materials, and creating supporting graphics. The position also includes leading content/data management for key deliverables and assisting with the management of proposal staff.

Requirements

3+ years of marketing experience in the AEC (Architecture, Construction, Engineering) industry.
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Liberal Arts, or a related discipline.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
Ability to work with a team and with senior level management within the Company.

Nice To Haves

Experience with CRM and Project Management software like Monday.com, Asana, etc.

Responsibilities

Lead all key deliverable functions for the Marketing department, ensuring full execution from start to finish.
Develop, manage, assemble, and submit high-quality key deliverables, including RFQ/RFP and Interview materials.
Create supporting graphics as required.
Lead content/data management efforts related to key deliverables, including project, personnel, and pursuit tracking information using Company CRM and Project Management software.
Assist with the recruitment, management, training, and motivation of any direct reporting proposal staff in accordance with Company procedures, policies, and employment law.
