This role is responsible for maintaining fixed asset detail records, performing account analysis, and assisting in the preparation of financial statements. The Accounting Clerk will reconcile A/R and A/P control accounts to detail aging, reconcile cash receipts and disbursements, and perform the monthly closing of sub-ledgers. This position also involves inputting journal entries, assisting A/R and A/P clerks with coding receipts and disbursements into the general ledger, and performing account analysis on other general ledger accounts. The Accounting Clerk will also perform any other functions delegated by the accounting manager.
