About The Position

This position will be responsible for providing clerical support to Connect Truck Shop Accounting through the processing and support of invoicing, material management and AP/AR activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Candidate should be able to process a large volume of paperwork with a high degree of accuracy.
• Successful candidate should be quality-minded, detail-oriented, have computer experience, be 10-key fluent, well organized, and have a positive and professional attitude.
• Excellent communication skills are necessary – candidate must be able to communicate with plant team members and vendors in a professional and helpful manner.
• Must be flexible team player.
• Handle stress with composure.
• The candidate must also work with a high level of confidentiality.
• A working knowledge of Microsoft applications (specifically Excel) and some accounting experience is useful.

Nice To Haves

• Accounts payable, Oracle and Global software knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Processing and coding invoices for three Truck Shops
• Assist TN Truck Shop with Inventory Management
• Review open POs at month end to ensure accurate accruals are recorded
• Serve a backup to assist with RCO Terminal invoice Processing as needed
• Review Vendor Statements to prevent delinquent or late invoice payments
• Enter Outside Service Work Orders into MGR Plus application
