The Role: Accounting Automation Consultant (Agent Product Manager) We’re changing the way accounting firms work by bringing no-code AI automation to the heart of their operations. As an Accounting Automation Consultant (Agent Product Manager), you’ll leverage our no-code AI platform to design, build, and optimize AI-powered workflows for accounting firms. Your accounting or finance experience will help you understand client needs and translate manual processes into smart automations—no coding required.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or related fields (public accounting, corporate finance, bookkeeping)
  • Strong understanding of accounting workflows, operations, and terminology
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and process improvement–minded
  • Comfortable learning and adopting new technologies (no coding required)
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
  • Organized, proactive, and a collaborative team player

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with automation tools like Power Automate, Alteryx, UiPath, or similar no-code solutions

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with accounting and finance professionals to map out business processes, pain points, and automation opportunities
  • Design, build, and test AI agents and automated workflows using our no-code platform
  • Translate end-to-end accounting workflows into automation logic
  • Lead client onboarding, support training, and drive adoption of the platform
  • Document best practices and develop user-friendly resources
  • Provide actionable product feedback to our engineering team
  • Stay current with developments in accounting, finance, and automation technology
