This role involves checking figures, postings, and documents for accuracy. The Accounting Auditor will record, store, access, and/or analyze computerized financial information. A key responsibility is to control and secure cash and cash equivalents for the property according to established policies and procedures. The position requires organizing, securing, and maintaining all files and records in compliance with document retention and confidentiality policies. The Accounting Auditor will also prepare, maintain, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables, and audit revenue postings. Additionally, the role requires adherence to all company safety and security policies, reporting accidents and unsafe conditions, and maintaining awareness of potential security issues on the property. The associate must follow all company policies, maintain a clean and professional appearance, protect company assets, and ensure the privacy and security of guests and coworkers. This includes welcoming and acknowledging guests, anticipating their needs, assisting individuals with disabilities, and thanking them with appreciation. Communication skills are important, requiring clear and professional language, accurate and complete written documents, and appropriate telephone etiquette. Developing and maintaining positive working relationships, supporting team goals, and responding appropriately to employee concerns are also essential. The role must comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Physical demands include moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Other reasonable job duties may be requested by Supervisors.
