Requirements

Post-secondary education in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Two or more years of experience in accounting or transactional finance.
Experience working with accounting systems in a manufacturing or operations environment.
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Dynamics 365, audit support, or month-end close activities is an asset.

Responsibilities

Process accounts payable transactions accurately and on time.
Resolve invoice discrepancies and maintain complete, audit-ready records.
Help ensure vendors experience reliable and consistent payment practices.
Maintain accounts receivable records, deposits, adjustments, and customer balances.
Investigate deductions, credits, and account variances.
Respond to customer inquiries with clear documentation and follow-through.
Follow up on outstanding accounts and document collection activities.
Maintain accurate aging information to support business decisions.
Escalate concerns with context and recommended next steps.
Assist with bank reconciliations and general ledger accuracy.
Support month-end close activities and maintain key financial data.
Provide documentation for audits, reviews, and internal reporting needs.
