The company is seeking an Associate to join its CAAS (Healthcare Industry) group in either the Findlay, OH or Maumee, OH office.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is required. A combination of related experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
- Accounting and financial experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Handle multiple clients, software, and chart of accounts on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Process accounts payable, cash disbursements, accounts receivable, cash receipts, and payroll.
- Complete financial statements.
- Coordinate and complete account reconciliations, including bank and credit card reconciliations, prepaids, accounts receivable, fixed assets, accounts payable, and accruals.
- Complete complex account reconciliations that have been previously set up and supported by Senior Associate, Assistant Controller, Controller, or CFO.
- Complete sales tax returns, Form 1099s, and other forms or items as requested by clients.
