About The Position

The Accounting Associate will be responsible for providing timely and accurate financial information to management, ensuring regulatory compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards, assisting in the development of the Bank and Bank Holding Company's budget, and coordinating the processing and payment of invoices, management of the vendor file, and related tax reporting.

Requirements

• Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills when engaging with customers and employees, ensuring clarity, understanding, and alignment with organizational goals.
• Actively involved in developing solutions that meet the evolving needs of both customers and employees, fostering innovation and efficiency.
• Highly flexible in managing changing workloads, self-motivated, and capable of maintaining productivity in dynamic environments.
• A strong team player who treats all staff, customers, shareholders and prospects with respect.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with mastery in Excel and other applicable software to support efficient business operations and decision-making.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, with a strong working knowledge of accounting principles, financial administration, and the understanding of effective financial controls.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or accounting (mandatory)

• Minimum of 2 years accounting experience (desired)
