About The Position

Primarily responsible for assisting with related accounting procedures and reporting for the Company and all managed properties, as applicable. Assist with the preparation of reconciliations, generating reporting for the Company and all managed properties. This role has growth and potential that can evolve and grow to support a long career. Requirements

Bachelor of Science/Art in Accounting and a minimum of 2 years of strong accounting and finance experience or progressive advancement in accounting roles
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and help implement strategy from a finance perspective.
Working knowledge of real estate related contracts, construction accounting, and transaction procedures common in the industry
Personal traits of a high-level commitment, motivation, energy, team orientation, professionalism, trust, personal honesty and integrity, and a demonstration of placing others in a place of high value.
Ability to communicate professionally in various forms with customers, associates and the general public, and ability to contribute to a strong team culture.

Responsibilities

Prepare monthly financial statements and financial packages and prepare periodic analysis and projections of company’s operations and cash flows.
Maintain various sub-ledgers and reconcile to the general ledger.
Produce and monitor monthly cost comparisons to budget.
Assist in preparing bank and credit card reconciliations.
Respond to and provide solutions to special projects created by yourself or as assigned by the Chief Executive Officer or Controller and collaborate with the team to achieve business results.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
