About The Position
Reporting to the Manager, the Accounting Analyst is responsible for the tasks relating to accounts payable as well as accounts receivable for a portfolio of international accounts. These tasks include but are not limited to verifying invoices, preparing payments, and reconciling statements. They will also include ensuring payment terms are respected and collecting sums from overdue accounts.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience working in accounts payable/receivable
- Intermediate (or higher) Microsoft Excel skills
- Good written communication skills (English)
Nice To Haves
- CEGEP or College degree is considered an asset
- Knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable or general accounting procedures
- MS Office and knowledge of accounting software is an advantage
