About The Position

Ray-Mont Logistics is currently seeking a permanent, full-time Accounting Analyst to join its dynamic team. Reporting to the Financial and Fiscal Manager, as an Accounting Analyst, you will directly contribute to the quality, reliability, and interpretation of financial data to support decision-making and the overall performance of the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in accounting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills in French and English (oral and written)

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements and management reports
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data through rigorous reconciliations
• Actively participate in monthly and annual closing processes
• Analyze budget and operational variances and formulate recommendations
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting and financial processes
• Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses
• Collaborate with different teams to ensure a clear understanding of financial results
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
• Participate in internal and external audits by providing required documentation
