High school diploma or equivalent
2-4 years’ experience in Accounting/Finance or a related field.
Knowledge of commonly used Accounting concepts, practices and procedures
Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

Reconcile commission statements in Ascend
Review and post commission statements from Ascend into the Global Green Agency Management System (Epic)
Balance the commissions statements against Epic and properly record the variance
Research and drive resolution on missing policies
Ensure the correct commission rates are entered in the Epic
Research and resolve Direct Bill questions on a periodic basis
Thoroughly research and drive resolution for unidentified (orphan) commissions
Communicate with franchisees to resolve exceptions.
Escalate unresolved items to supervisor per pre-determined aging timeline
Learn and understand commonly used terms in the insurance industry
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
