Requirements

BA or BS degree, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, etc.
4+ years of experience in an accounting or payroll function, commissions or sales environment preferred.
Previous Mortgage Experience is a plus.
Knowledge of Sales Incentive Systems is a plus.
Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills and ability to identify/resolve problems.
Strong teamwork skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong quantitative skills.
Proficient in Excel.
Impeccable attention to detail and solid customer service instincts.

Responsibilities

Create and review commission statements for the Sales Team using an automated system.
Process, calculate, and review draw balances for Sales Teams.
Enter new hire compensation plans into the commission system.
Make changes within the commission system as Sales Staff plans change.
Deliver excellent customer service to sales staff and management by addressing questions professionally and promptly.
Collaborate with various departments including Finance, Payroll, and Human Resources to provide necessary reporting.
Work on special projects such as process improvements, data analysis/compilation, presentations, and report building.
Assist in internal and external audit requests to ensure compliance.
Perform other Payroll/Finance duties as needed.
