About The Position

Open Door Mission is seeking an experienced Accountant to start as soon as possible! This person will provide accounting/bookkeeping support for CFO in the areas of payroll, accounts payable, and other financial areas as needed.

Requirements

Visible relationship with Christ
Proficient with Google G-Suite and general computer operations
Bachelor's Degree in an accounting field.
Able to effectively communicate and possess human relations skills.
Advanced or above level in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.

Nice To Haves

Two or more years of accounting experience.
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
Task flexibility skills.

Responsibilities

LLC Financial Statements
Reconciling Bank Accounts and G/L Accounts
Process Health Insurance Claims.
Receive rents, report past dues.
Year end 1099, 1098 reports.
Prepare bi-weekly payroll.
Order office supplies.
Assist in all accounting functions: general ledger, budget and cash flow.
