About The Position

This role offers a hybrid work schedule, allowing for flexibility between the corporate office in South Sioux City, Nebraska, and remote work.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
2-4 years progressive accounting experience required
Experience with financial statement preparation and audit coordination
Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply new concepts

Nice To Haves

Insurance or statutory accounting experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
Assist in preparation of state filings and regulatory reports.
Ensure compliance with GAAP and Statutory Accounting Principles (SAP)
Support and coordinate internal and external audit processes
Partner cross-functionally to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency
