About The Position
Renewable Energy & Drives US, LLC (RED-US) is a parts and service company specializing in power electronic systems. We are seeking an experienced Accountant to support our accounting department. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, detail-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and QuickBooks Online (QBO). Experience in a manufacturing or construction environment is required.
Requirements

- Proficient in QuickBooks Online (QBO)
- Experience in a manufacturing or construction environment

- Experience with sales and use tax reporting
Responsibilities
- Enter payroll data into detailed worksheets and QBO
- Process accounts payable, including coding and matching purchase orders and receiving documents
- Follow up on invoices pending approval
- Track open purchase orders
- Generate and issue accounts receivable invoices
- Manage collections and follow up on outstanding invoices
- Scan checks into banking software
- Track fixed asset purchases and disposals
- Perform account reconciliations
- Assist with sales and use tax reporting (experience preferred)
- Support additional accounting tasks and special projects
