Amass is the parent company of Augment Human Resource Services, which provides high-volume general labor staffing for the sanitation industry, and Augment Professional Services (APS), which specializes in technical and professional staffing for the tech, energy, and engineering sectors. The Accountant will play a critical role in supporting the financial integrity and operational efficiency of both brands under the Amass umbrella. The Accountant is responsible for general ledger maintenance, financial reporting, reconciliation, and support of the month-end close process. This position ensures that accurate financial data is maintained and reported in a timely fashion. The role will also assist with budgeting, audits, and tax preparation while helping to streamline financial processes as Amass continues to scale.
