This role is for a part-time Accountant to help establish and maintain efficient accounting processes, support financial reporting, and ensure compliance for a new product aimed at solo entrepreneurs in Poland and Eastern Europe, simplifying invoicing and tax reporting.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial operations.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience with tax compliance and reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher (written and spoken).

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with startups, fintech, or SaaS companies.
• Knowledge of Polish accounting and tax regulations.
